In brief: ESG hires for First Sentier, Oxford

Multi-asset manager First Sentier has added three executives to its bench.

First Sentier Investors, an asset manager that invests in both liquid securities as well as infrastucture and real estate assets, has bolstered its bench of sustainability professionals. It has added Kong Kong-based Joanne Lee as responsible investment specialist, London-based Rebecca Antonini as head of corporate sustainability and Cressida grant, also in London, as head of corporate philanthropy, the firm said.

Meanwhile, Oxford Properties Group, a real estate firm that invests in real estate on behalf of the Ontario Municipal Employees’ Retirement System, said it has hired Hala El Akl as senior director, ESG and operations. She joined the firm in November last year, according to her LinkedIn profile, from PLP Architecture, where she spent 12 years.
