Data snapshot: UK PE firms sharpen ESG focus

Most firms in the UK are signatories to the UN PRI, according to research by BDO.

More than half of the private equity firms in the UK (55 percent) have “clearly set out the changes they have implemented to make their investments more ESG-focused”, according to research conducted by accounting and advisory firm BDO. The firm studied the ESG policies of 100 private equity houses with UK operations.
