In brief: Ambienta recruits Tikehau PE growth head

Ambienta, an asset manager focused on environmental sustainability, has hired 12 new team members since the beginning of 2023.

The arrivals span Ambienta’s PE and private credit strategies, as well as its public markets product and sustainability and strategy. The most recent arrival is private equity principal Damien Marty in Paris, who previously led the pan-European PE growth strategy at Tikehau Capital and has expertise in the French mid-market.

A number of the arrivals relate to the firm’s impact credit fund, which launched in February this year. Former CVC Credit senior MD Ran Landmann was brought in to lead the strategy, while Nishan Srinivasan, former MD and global co-head of leveraged finance origination at Credit Suisse, joined as Ambienta’s head of origination.
