In brief: Apax adds to advisory board

Apax Partners has recruited an energy sector veteran to its Global Impact Advisory Board. Cathy Zoi has led numerous renewable energy organisations and initiatives and served in the Obama Administration as Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and Acting Under Secretary at the Department of Energy.

She will advise the Apax Global Impact team on environmental and energy matters such as new investments and impact measurement alongside the five other board members. Apax held a final close for its debut impact vehicle in December 2023 on $900 million, after two years on the road.
