Flexstone Partners has recruited Samira Boussem, the ESG head of parent company Natixis Investment Managers, as head of sustainability.

Boussem will develop an ESG investing framework, stewardship strategy and product offering at the mid-market private equity firm, according to Flexstone’s announcement. She reports to managing partner Eric Deram.

Paris-based Boussem was previously head of ESG at Natixis Investment Managers Solutions, where “she was leading all the ESG topics… [and] part of the sustainable taskforce”, the announcement states.
