KKR Global Impact’s European head, Stanislas de Joussineau, has left the firm, a Companies House filing shows. De Joussineau has been replaced by Rami Bibi, who will lead a team of four, as first reported by Bloomberg.

De Joussineau assumed the role in October 2019 and after joining KKR in 2009. Bibi joined KKR in 2014. KKR’s global impact team has 18 members, co-headed by Robert Antablin and Ken Mehlman.

KKR is currently in the market with its second impact fund. The firm raised $1.3 billion for KKR Global Impact Fund I, which closed in 2020. KKR declined to comment for this story.
