Diane Damskey, outgoing head of secretariat at Operating Principles of Impact Management (also known as Impact Principles), has launched her own consultancy.

“As I transition out of the Impact Principles, I am delighted to announce that I have established an impact and sustainability advisory practice, DC Damskey Global Consulting,” Damskey stated in a Linkedin post. “The company’s objective is to help asset managers, asset owners and corporations develop and improve their sustainability and impact practices and policies.”

Damskey has been a part of OPIM since it was founded by the UN-backed International Finance Corporation in 2019 to provide a framework for investors looking to integrate impact considerations into their investment strategies. Its nine principles have become one of the most widely accepted frameworks for impact investing; OPIM now has 181 signatories representing $516 billion in impact assets, according to its website. GIIN took over from IFC as the host of the framework in 2022.

OPIM announced that former Tideline associate partner Joohee Rand would succeed Damskey as head of the secretariat earlier this month.
