Valentina Abbott has been chosen as Stafford Capital Partners‘ new global head of client solutions, according to a press release. She joins from IFM Investors, where she was head of the firm’s global relationship group.
Abbott will be charged with attracting more investment to the firm’s sustainability platforms, per the release. Stafford launched its carbon offset fund, which will offer voluntary carbon credits as part of its return to LPs, in December 2022 with a $1 billion fundraising target. It reached a $242 million first close earlier this year.
