In brief: Swiss real estate investors form impact VC group

Kingstone Schweizer Ventures says it will fund cutting-edge strategies 'distinguished by their pioneering spirit and disruptive approaches'.

Three Swiss real estate investors have joined forces to form impact venture capital platform Kingstone Schweizer Ventures. The three are: Umut Ertan, a former European kickboxing champion and founder of real estate investment businesses Realogis and RLI Investors; and Tim and Philipp Schomberg, brothers who founded Kingstone Capital Partners.

Kingstone Schweizer Ventures (website here) will fund cutting-edge strategies “that are particularly distinguished by their pioneering spirit and disruptive approaches”, according to an announcement.

The platform will be run by Alexander Hoffmann, a former investment director at M Ventures (LinkedIn profile here).
