In brief: Trill registers Fund II

Trill Impact, which raised €900 million for its debut fund in 2021, has registered its second flagship fund with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing names Acalyx as placement agent to the new fund; the US-based adviser worked on Trill’s first fund.

Despite only being founded in 2019, Trill is one of the largest managers of private markets impact capital in the world. Alongside its flagship private equity funds, the firm runs an impact venture capital strategy. The firm did not respond to a request for comment on the fund.
