In brief: Triton ESG specialist goes to John Laing

Sandrine Lalmant, who has spent the last two years at private equity firm Triton, has joined infrastructure investor John Laing as head of sustainability, according to a press release. Lalmant is John Laing’s first dedicated ESG professional. Before her time at Triton, she was in the responsible investment team at UK pension the Universities Superannuation Scheme. In related news, John Laing has joined the initiative Climat International, a group of private fund managers who share best practice on climate action.
