In brief: EQT appoints human rights and DEI leader

The listed firm has added professionals in New York and Copenhagen.

EQT has added two sustainability professionals to its ranks. Tinna Nielsen, based in Copenhagen, has joined as equitable transformation lead for social and human sustainability. She will oversee human rights and DEI efforts at the firm. Angela Jhani, based in New York, joins from Grant Thornton as a managing director. She will work with the investment team on sustainability issues on new acquisitions and across the firm’s 200 existing portfolio companies (press release here).
